mimosa

A soft, powdery yellow flower that smells like honey and almond meal had a quiet picnic. Less sharp than jasmine, less green than violet, with a fuzzy, almost pollen-like texture. Mimosa lends a warm, nostalgic glow to a fragrance, often anchoring spring florals. Famously used in Calypso St. Barth Mimosa and Guerlain Champs-Elysées. Sits in the heart for a few hours before dissolving into the base.
